Our client in Pretoria is recruiting for Proxy Sub-Product Owner and Team Lead (Expert) to join their team.

Maximise the team’s delivered value and minimise risk.

1. Tracking and communicating commitments, dependencies, and risks.
2. Track metrics to measure team performance and ensure that continuous improvement is enabled.
3. Champion delivery success throughout the team and the early delivery of incremental benefits.
4. Active participation and coordination in agile ceremonies.
5. Establish status of current tasks being worked on.
6. Implement Scrum and its events according to the scrum guide.
7. Coach feature team on scrum principles and values.
8. Assist with impediment resolution.
9. Foster and increase team morale.
10. Protect the team from interruptions and disruptions.
