Job Description
As a PRS sales lead, you will
- Manage a team of underwriters, and be responsible for overall underwriting tasks to achieve PRS portfolio’s profitability and growth targets, which includes Masterpiece & Standalone Jewellery products. This includes reviewing New Business submissions and renewal reviews that requires higher levels of authority, and when necessary to submit referrals for regional review.
- Provide high quality recommendations when underwriting risks which are evaluated as a profitable business opportunity for Chubb.
- Provide guidance, supervision, training and mentorship to the PRS team.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure end to end (from underwriting to policy issuance) processes run up to expected standard and SLA.
