We are seeking an organised, customer-focused People Service (HR) Operations Specialist to join our People Services Operations team. In this role you will deliver accurate, timely and compliant HR transactional services that support the employee life cycle within Greece. You will be a key partner to HR Business Partners, Finance and business leaders, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, data is maintained to a high standard, and HR services provide an excellent employee experience.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver end-to-end HR transactional processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, position changes, transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, terminations and rehiring).
Accurately maintain HR data in Workday, ensuring entries are timely and compliant with policy and local legislation.
Manage inbox tasks, validations and bulk uploads while maintaining data integrity and audit readines...
