Job Purpose
Responsible for sustaining test engineering activities of PSG (Power Solution Group)
Duties and Responsibilities
Work together with Product Engineering team and manufacturing test engineering team on PSG sustaining test engineering activities Develop test coverage and quality matrix to ensure no test escapees and best quality of test screening for customer. Lead a team of engineers for all sustaining test activities in mass production including yield, quality or cost improvement. Champion of tester platform roadmap for PSG Manage test system enhancement to achieve best Cost of Test (COT) for PSG Support test related customer activities including develop new test screening and special new test for customer.
