PSO Overall Lead (EDA and Transformation)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end PSO function across multiple programs and portfolios
• Define and enforce enterprise delivery governance frameworks, standards, and controls
• Establish review cadence, tollgates, and escalation mechanisms
• Ensure alignment of program execution with client SLAs, organizational objectives, and compliance requirements
• Drive portfolio‑level transparency on cost, schedule, scope, and risk
• Act as a single point of accountability for delivery health and assurance
• Support leadership with data‑driven insights and executive dashboards
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database and application teams for environmental support
• Guide team to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents in a timely manner
