Position Summary
As a Transformation and Solution Partner , you will engage and partner primarily with People & Culture (P&C) colleagues across all Chapters and business stakeholders globally. Your mission is to govern M&A and transformation data management frameworks with right solution expertise while driving global P&C solution improvements. You will serve as a centre of excellence for transformation ideation, navigating complex business transformations to ensure a seamless partner experience in collaboration with Transformation and Solution Advisor. You help translate business goals into P&C priorities, leveraging holistic data and historical learning to iterate and improve the overall global transformation flow.
