Psychiatric Registrar: RANZCP Training & 13‑Week Rotations

The New Zealand Government is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Registrar for Whakatāne Hospital, commencing June 2026. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive training accredited by the RANZCP while working within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

As part of the dynamic team, you will rotate between Tauranga and Whakatāne Hospitals, gaining valuable experience across various psychiatric specialties. Ideal candidates will have an MBChB or equivalent and be passionate about enhancing community mental health.
