We are seeking a mission-driven Medical Director to lead our psychiatric services and contribute to organizational growth. This leadership role combines clinical oversight, staff mentorship, program development, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality care delivery.

As a key member of the behavioral health leadership team, the Medical Director will supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, oversee psychiatric programs, and support a culture of clinical excellence and collaboration.
