Psychiatrist Locums Job in Staunton, Virginia
Highlights:
Coverage dates starting mid June
Monday-Friday schedule, 8 AM-5 PM (1-hour lunch)
Adult inpatient population
3-month assignment with option to extend
Average patient load: 14-16 patients/day
Collaborative support model with additional Psychiatrist or 2 NPs per unit
Credentialing typically completed in 2-3 weeks
Requirements:
Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist
Experience in inpatient psychiatry preferred
Orientation dates are held on the 10th and 25th of each month, with an urgent need for coverage beginning in June.
