Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students across all grades.


• Assess, identify, and monitor mental health concerns, learning difficulties, and behavioral issues.


• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and caregivers.


• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for urgent emotional or psychological needs.


• Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness programs on topics such as stress management, resilience, bullying, and self‑esteem.


• Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions, assessments, and progress reports in compliance with data‑protection regulations.
