Job Description
Elevate student wellness as a Readaptation Officer, focusing on psychosocial needs and interventions. Work within a hybrid model while collaborating with counsellors and school staff.
The Readaptation Officer will assess and respond to the emotional and mental wellness of students. This role requires close collaboration with regional and local student counsellors to create tailored interventions. You will also implement trauma-informed prevention activities and mentor students in their development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess students individually and in groups for emotional wellness
• Plan interventions with student counsellors for at-risk youth
• Deliver early prevention activities using trauma-informed strategies
• Document interventions and prepare confidential monthly reports
• Activate crisis response protocols when necessary

• First level University Degree in psychoeducation, social work, or youth work
