PT Coordinator / Sponsor or Own visa

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of sponsored visas from initial application to renewal and compliance ensuring adherence to all immigration laws.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company sponsored employees and immigration authorities, proactively addressing any queries or issues.
• Develop and implement robust internal processes for visa management, including documentation tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular audits of visa compliance to mitigate risks and ensure all sponsored employees meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, immigration law, or a dedicated visa coordination role.
