Job Description Accurate Staffing Consultants is currently seeking a PT -Rehab for an assignment in Staples, MN. Qualified candidates must hold an active MN license and have a minimum of 2 years of recent U.S. Experience in Rehab as a PT. Shift: 8a - 5p Requirements:

• Current Resume
• Active State Nursing License
• Relevant Specialty Certifications
• Two (2) Recent Clinical References
• Required Vaccinations / Immunization Records
• Background Check & Drug Screen (as required by facility)
