Terms of Employment
- Salary is based on an hourly rate and there are no benefits for this position.
- Manage, order, and organise the PTA space — including the Store, Cafe, and general parent lounge areas.
- Coordinate volunteer and staff coverage during daily operating hours (8:30 am – 4:00 pm).
- Work up to 60 hours per month; hours may be split by mutual agreement with the Store Merchandiser.
- Compile and maintain inventory reports covering all Store items including snacks, food, and beverages.
- Support the sourcing of food items and coupons for special events.
- Maintain appropriate levels of stationery and office supplies.
- Oversee marketing and promotion of Grab & Go items and snacks sold in the Store.
- Reorder items as needed within the established budget and with PTA Treasurer approval.
