Public Appeals & Feedback Lead

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore is seeking an officer for the Non‑Compliance Administration Department at the Singapore Food Agency. The role involves managing appeals against enforcement actions and public feedback whilst ensuring compliance with service standards.
