The Publications and Forms Specialist I is responsible for the performance of administrative tasks requiring knowledge of military and civilian personnel procedures and information management to include electronic and manual publications and forms management, management of official records, and website management.

This role is Part-Time onsite at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the development, design, processing and management of various publications and forms products.
  • Responsible for drafting publications and forms, reviewing draft publications and forms for compliance with prescribed style, format, and legal and statutory requirements.
  • Provide properly formatted approved draft publications and forms to higher headquarters for publishing or for posting on locally hosted sources.
