Responsibilities

Restreamer, team mgmt (not player, oversight of player mgmt), tournament ops, league ops,

• Planning and execution of the match day tournament flow and coordinate with all departments to ensure the smoothness of the event.
• Be responsible for the testing and management of the tournament device throughout the season to ensure the requirement of tournaments and sponsors for devices are well accommodated.
• Be responsible for the standard formulation and training of referees by coordinating with vendor.
• Be responsible for the formulation of the SOPs for on-ground operation for learning and improvement.

Tournament Operation

• Be responsible for the formulation, revision and enhancement of the tournament rulebook based on the requirement of the product, teams, players, and related stakeholders.
