Job Description

1. Publishing Production Control
- Manage and oversee publishing production workflows, including editorial and design coordination.
- Ensure efficient execution of production schedules from manuscript preparation through final printed products.
- Coordinate with editorial, design, production, and operations teams to maintain smooth workflow and project delivery.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

2. Production Stability & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze production-related KPIs, including lead time, schedule adherence, production costs, and workload allocation.
