Introduction

As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for assisting employee riders at designated areas. This includes providing badge authentication, hailing vehicles, performing light crowd control, and assisting riders during service disruptions or emergencies. This role demands exceptional empathy, patience, and a relationship-oriented mindset.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or another customer-facing role


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing a positive experience


• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately


• Proactive mindset and resourcefulness


• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
