  • Assist in the preparation and administration of all purchasing activities for materials and services, including:Receiving Purchase Requisitions (PRs)Issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs)Preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinating with vendorsFollowing up on deliveries and payments
  • Support the Purchasing Team / Purchasing Supervisor in preparing Purchase Orders and departmental reports.
  • Assist in expediting material deliveries to ensure timely arrival at project sites.
