Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels across all locations and ensure appropriate product allocation to meet sales and demand forecasts.
- Analyze sales trends and historical data to support allocation and purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with buyers and planners to execute allocation strategies in line with business objectives.
- Communicate with suppliers to track order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update purchase orders, allocation schedules, and related documentation in inventory and ERP systems.
- Work with logistics and warehouse teams to manage stock transfers and optimize supply chain processes.
- Prepare and present reports on stock movements, allocation performance, and purchase order statuses.
- Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice matching, and supplier correspondence.
