Job Title: Senior Purchase Engineer Location: Sanand Experience: 2–4 years Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering Responsibilities Procure castings, raw materials, and mechanical components as per BOM. Develop and manage vendors;
monitor supplier performance. Ensure timely material availability for machinery assembly. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and lead times for cost optimization. Handle SAP/ERP procurement (PRs, POs, GRNs). Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Planning teams. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for accurate procurement. Ensure compliance with pharma standards and internal procedures. Resolve supplier issues (quality, delivery, technical deviations). Support audits, documentation, and vendor assessments.
