Purchasing Executive

Job Responsibilities
Source and purchase materials, hardware, and consumables for manufacturing and carpentry projects. Request quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate with suppliers of pricing, credit terns and supplier contracts. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO). Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely supply of materials. Coordinate with production and project teams on material requirements. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning. Monitor cost and project budget and develop cost forecasts. Maintain supplier records and purchasing documentation. Resolve delivery discrepancies, shortages, and supplier issues. Assist in logistics and shipment coordination when required. Requirements
Diploma / Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification. 1-3 years of purchasing experience preferred. Experience in manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or millwork industry is an advantage. Familiar with Microsoft Excel and purchasing processes. Good communication a...
