PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

I) A critical member of the Procurement team with the following Duties and Responsibilities: 1. RFQs and Tender management: - Plan, analyze, source, consolidate, prepare and submit response documents for tender exercises conducted by customers to achieve optimal and profitability outcome. - Prepare and respond promptly to requests for quotations from customer. 2. Relationship Management: - Establish, manage, and enhance long-term beneficial relationships with customers and suppliers. Foster open communication and collaboration to build trust and ensure mutual success in procurement activities. 3. Cost Improvement & Negotiation: - Execute costs reduction strategies and develop new vendors to ensure cost competitiveness - Negotiate with customers and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. 4.
