Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Purchasing Officer on Fixed Term Basis (MAT Cover) to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Purchasing Officer, who has knowledge of food & beverage operations (desirable) to join our Purchasing Team. This role will see you assist the Purchasing Manager with the coordination of the Ayers Rock Resort procurement processes.

Key Duties

• Reconciling freight charges
• Assist with the processing of Department and Outlets invoices and Deviations
• Managing the Resort’s stationery room, including monthly stocktakes
