Procurement Operations:
- Approve process Purchase Requests (PRs) into formal Purchase Orders (POs) and issue them to approved suppliers.
- Send Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) to the warehouse and maintain accurate records of all purchasing documents.
- Proactively follow up on order status and delivery timelines to ensure supply continuity.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing solar product suppliers.
- Research, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or invoices and maintain an updated supplier database with performance ratings.
Inventory & Supply Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Inventory Supervisor to monitor stock levels, prevent stockouts, and address overstock situations.
