Responsibilities

• Make summary of quotation for approval, encode price quotation from different supplier (Vessel –Catcher under drydock)
• Canvasser – email / call supplier for inquiry of items
• Follow-up price quotation from supplier
• Sending P.O. to supplier once approved
• Follow-up delivery of the P.O. sent to supplier
• Checking of RR on the system of Warehouse Manila & Gensan
• Make RS on Purchasing System
• Send inquiry to importation supplier and making excel summary for approval to Chief Technical Officer
• Send P.O. to importation supplier
• Request cash payment (for COD terms supplier less than 10K)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field
