Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and/or review contract and agreement drafts with suppliers
- Conduct direct negotiations with key suppliers for primary raw materials used by the company
- Lead negotiations with national forwarders for logistics and import purposes
- Ensure timely procurement of RM/PM and MRO materials according to each department’s needs and planning
- Verify that purchased goods meet required quality standards and competitive pricing benchmarks
- Monitor and update regulations from relevant authorities related to the importation of raw materials
- Track and analyze market prices of raw material commodities
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and standard operating procedures
