Your Mission:
Your mission will be to take Glovo’s Q-Commerce to the next level, ensuring it remains our stronghold and competitive advantage in a challenging market. You will lead the prioritization for a broad team (QCom, Ads, On Demand) and be instrumental in defining and executing a clear strategy that raises the bar for the team. A key objective will be to keep building relevant content ahead of the curve and to keep delivering top notch access to anything Polish citizens need and want.
In the Journey You Will:
Define and own the QCommerce strategy for Poland, setting a clear vision and direction for category growth, profitability, and customer experience across multiple retail verticals.
