Overview
To improve the quality of our products by analyzing, controlling, troubleshooting and improving the quality of brewing materials, the brewing process and finished product. Analyze and improve customer satisfaction by conducting surveys and handling customer complaints.
Key Performance Areas
Quality Assurance
Ensure consistent and accurate microbiological sampling and analysis.
- Ensure accurate microbiological techniques in compliance with Heineken laboratory standards.
- Maintain microbiological testing to conform to sampling plan.
- Ensure timely analysis and reporting to ensure there are no delays to production.
