Responsibilities- Conduct daily on-site inspection, personal hygiene checks, products checking and sample retention.
- Follow and assist in lab test sampling schedule.
- Assist in ISO 22000:2018 manual updates, and implement to operation.
- Responsible for compliance with MUIS Halal Standards, application and renewal of Halal Certification.
- Assist in checking records, documents, and files.
- Attend to external auditors and internal auditors; assist for internal audit (central kitchen, retail outlets and supplier audit).
