About the role
 :The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality by developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and standards. This role focuses on identifying defects, driving root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Key Responsibilities:
As the QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
Ensure in-process quality control for refrigeration products (e.g., coils) to meet product specifications and customer requirements
Manage customer complaints, including containment actions, investigation, and timely closure to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform root cause analysis (RRCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues
Conduct return part tear-down analysis to identify failure modes in components and products
Ensure timely PPAP submission and approval readiness
