Responsibilities
Coordinating with Process Control Group & Technical Cell to ensure that the deviation in Process Parameters are detected with Zero delay & fixed to the right level to ensure the right quality product is produced always in the first place.Identifying key ‘critical to quality’ Process Parameters for monitoring.Developing user-friendly check sheet on Exaquantum Format for online & offline ‘critical to quality’ process Parameters for monitoring.Conducting trend analysis and statistical analysis to support & help the operation team for identifying the Root Cause of a Quality failure & initiate corrective actions for improvement.Regularly updating Grading Specifications for all Finish Products based on customers’/market requirements & Process Capability of Product characteristics.Conducting periodic training for the grading profe...
