Role Summary bp is seeking a QA Lead – Test Automation Engineer to drive quality strategy, automation delivery, and test execution across critical enterprise applications supporting the energy and utilities business.
The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on automation expertise, leadership experience, and a background in utility or energy environments where reliability, compliance, and system integrity are essential.
Responsibilities Lead QA strategy, test planning, and automation execution across multiple projects and releases.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and regression suites for UI, API, and integration testing.
Partner with product owners, developers, business analysts, and operations teams to define test coverage and acceptance criteria.
