Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas with the role of Quality Assurance Officer .
In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely execution of quality assurance, compliance, and governance tasks within the Consumer Collections Group, helping the team meet SLAs for day-to-day operations while upholding regulatory standards. Your role supports the effective implementation of collection strategies and promotes a customer-first mindset through the review of financial and non-financial requests and consistent quality checks on deliverables.
