Job Description
Responsibilities
- Help prepare monthly, weekly, and daily reports on production matrix and present status updates if necessary
- Help oversee production stages to uphold consistent quality standards and identify areas for improvement
- Document and maintain detailed quality control records and reports
- Review all in-line monitoring documents at the end of the shift, ensure completion and signatures, and file accordingly
- Monitor documents and ensure all required signatures are obtained
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other food safety standards
- Conduct annual internal GMP training/seminars for QC and Production personnel and orient newly hired employees on GMP protocol
- Participate in identifying and troubleshooting quality issues, verifying and maintaining controls, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and recommending process improvements
