Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the QA team.
- Review quality defects, non-conformance reports, and Corrective Action Requests (CAR).
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments.
- Conduct SOP compliance audits and monitor adherence to quality procedures and work instructions.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to QA Inspectors and team members.
- Prepare quality reports and communicate quality concerns to management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superior or management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related manufacturing environment.
