QA Team Leader - Release/Documentation - 12 Month Fixed Term

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance, you’ll ensure Vitaco’s Quality Management System (QMS) meets legislative, internal and customer requirements. This fixed-term role leads product release, critical documentation and MPI eligibility documents across foods, dietary supplements and listed medicines.

You’ll drive QA across in‑house manufacturing, influence stakeholders, and lift capability to support Vitaco’s growth in New Zealand and internationally.

This is a 12‑month fixed term role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and embed Vitaco’s quality culture across the business
• Ensure compliance and support management of RMPs, FCPs and GMP
• Provide quality/compliance guidance on operational, regulatory and QMS documentation
