Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Be involved in supporting Internal and External Audit.
Inspect Mechanical parts, detect welding and mechanical appearance defects.
Use measuring equipment such as Trimos, Profile projector, Hexagonal Arm. Height gauges, Vernier calipers, etc.
Read and interpret all drawing symbols and welding symbols.
Liaise with external customers and internal teams. 
Provide technical advice and the best method for improving production work.
Support Acceptance Test Plan / Process Management Plan and conduct training.
Perform FA, Incoming, In-process and Outgoing inspection to meet the delivery schedule.
Ensure all measuring equipment is calibrated.
Ensure maintenance record and Production in-process record is updated on time.
Ensure the implementation of corrective actions/preventive action as a result of weekly Source inspection by customers.
