Job Description

QA/QC Engineer – High?Rise Residential (with MIVAN Formwork Experience)  
Responsible for ensuring the quality of all construction activities in high?rise residential projects . Ensures compliance with approved drawings, IS codes, and project specifications through systematic inspections and documentation. 
Key Responsibilities  
?  Quality Assurance & Standards  
Implement project QAP, ITP, method statements, and checklists . 
Ensure all works follow project specifications, structural drawings, and IS codes. 
?  Civil & Finishing QA/QC  
Conduct inspections for reinforcement, conventional formwork, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and all finishing items. 
Ensure workmanship meets project quality standards. 
?  MEP QA/QC Coordination  
Inspect basic MEP embedments: electrical conduits, plumbing sleeves, fir...
