Job Description
To support Operation in line inspection, clearance, release and routine in-process inspection
To assist in ensuring conformance of product quality of incoming raw and packaging materials and finished products
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Monitor and ensure standard operating procedures are flawlessly executed by the operators, manufacturing conditions are respected, troubleshoot and resolve quality deviations
- Responsible for line inspection, line clearance, environmental control testing and routine in-process quality check
- Responsible for raw and packaging material sampling and inspection. To highlight to QA/QC Manager on any quality issues found.
- Responsible for finished product testing and arrangement of the test for finished products.
- Arrange training and awareness program to the operators to ensure that they are up-to-date with quality and food safety systems and requirements
