Job Description
1. Quality Management System (QMS)
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Plan , ITPs , SOPs , and Work Instructions for the precast yard. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, project specifications, and relevant international precast/tunnel standards (e.g., BS EN 206, ACI, ASHTOO, FIB). Conduct internal audits and lead client/consultant audits. 2. Precast Production Quality Control
Oversee the quality of segment moulds , rebar cages , gaskets , concrete mix , curing , and final product finishing . Approve concrete mix designs, monitor batching plant operations, and validate trial mix results. Ensure dimensional tolerances, surface finish, weight, lifting points, and embedded items meet design requirements.
