Purpose of Job
Sasol Secunda is seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented QA/QC Specialist to oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control for all Access (Scaffolding), Insulation (Hot & Cold), and Protective Coatings activities. In this critical role, you will serve as the gatekeeper of technical excellence, ensuring that all AIP work is executed in full compliance with Sasol’s stringent safety, operational, and technical standards. You will work collaboratively with service providers and maintenance teams to drive reliability, cost‑effectiveness, and a zero‑defect culture.
To develop, implement, and manage robust QA/QC systems for AIP scopes, ensuring full compliance with Sasol’s Work Management Process, safety protocols, and technical specifications. This is achieved through proactive planning, rigorous inspections, systematic audits, and the enforcement of preventative quality measures.
