QC Engineer (Precast Products)

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the company Integrated Management System (IMS), company procedures, and work instructions, including implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22301, as well as relevant standards such as MS/BS EN, ASTM, ACI and other related standards and references.
• Oversee the entire precast production process, from incoming materials (cement, aggregates, steel, admixtures, repair materials), through batching, casting, prestressing, curing, demoulding, finishing, and final product.
• Ensure all precast elements comply with approved drawings, specifications, and tolerance requirements, including conducting pre‑delivery and joint inspections in line with the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
