Job Description
The Quality Control Inspector for one of our Contract Manufacturing clients in the Bay Area. This role performs inspections, verifies product conformance, supports root cause investigations, and helps maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
Inspect products to ensure compliance with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, customer specifications, and industry standards. Perform detailed and assembly-level inspections, including First Article Inspections (FAI) and supporting documentation. Utilize precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools. Conduct incoming material inspections to verify supplier, customer, and industry requirements. Verify proper installation and positioning of components, parts, and assemblies.
