Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of QC inspectors overseeing daily QC inspections activities in compliance with established standards.
- Work together in training, coaching and mentoring to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
- Prepare and maintain work schedule for the department to ensure optimized resources for overall efficiency.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to implement continuous improvement and track status of non‑conformities.
- Ensure quality records and samples are retained in compliance with good written practice requirements.
- Implement quality documentation changes, such as QC procedures, process workflows, work instructions, etc., to follow through the change.
- Review and submit validation or verification measurement reports.
