QC Trainer

Ardentec Singapore Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Ardentec Corporation Taiwan, delivers professional semiconductor testing services in Southeast Asia with a focus on engineering innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability.

The QC Trainer is responsible for training, coaching, and certifying QC inspectors, operators, and new hires to ensure they are competent in performing quality inspection, identifying defect mode, handling and packing of wafers according to procedures, customer requirements and quality standards. He/she will also support training documentation, certification tracking, audit preparation, and continuous improvement activities to strengthen QC operators competency and reduce quality-related errors. The candidate should be hands‑on, detail‑oriented, good in coaching and able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.
