Responsibilities
The resource has gained experience in the role and will be responsible for:
- Support and train team members in maintaining and troubleshooting
DCS, QCS, and PLC systems - Identify, troubleshoot, and efficiently resolve automation system
issues - Maintain and update system documentation according to customer
standards - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide actionable system
data - Develop and maintain operating procedures for DCS, QCS, and PLC
equipment - Contribute to lifecycle management and long‑term automation
