QMAP- Full Time (Thurs, Fri, Sat 6A-6:30P)

JOB DESCRIPTION This role performs the functions of a non-certified care attendant with medication administration. The purpose of this position is to provide service and routine assistance to residents according to standard procedures and established State and Federal regulations. This position assists in the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents, and administers medication in accordance with a physician’s written orders.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists residents with daily activities. This includes but is not limited to assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming.

Reminds residents of scheduled activities, social events, meals, need to get dressed, etc., when necessary.

Assists with medication supervision and / or administration in accordance with their training / certification/ licensure based on state regulations.

Assists with laundry.

Assists dietary staff with serving meals in the dining room, ensuring residents’ attend...
