Qmpp (Quality Engineer At New Launch And Customer) (Aguascalientes)

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements (IATF, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Failure Analysis reports, etc.).
• Maintain good customer relationships through effective communication.
• Coordinate all activities before and after SOP related to customer requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and green scorecard (quality/logistics) at plant level.
• Drive escalation to BU, R&D or other central functions when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering (e.g., Electronic, Mechanical) or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry in a plant (e.g., IE, Process Engineering, QMPP, Test Engineer, etc.).
• Experience leading improvement project teams or improvement actions, including handling customer complaints.
• Experience launching new products.
• Advanced English proficiency.
